Learned counsel for respondent No.5 submits that the trial is going on and the witnesses are being examined. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that given above, the prayer No.1 has become rendered infructuous.
Be that as it may, the first prayer of the petitioner is that the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period. As such, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial on or before 31.12.2022.
Regarding the second prayer, "the second prayer is to the effect that the directions may be issued to respondents No.3 and 4 not to cause any harassment to the petitioner during the pendency of the trial." RITTU 2022.07.13 11:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M No.54379 of 2019 (O&M) -2Since the prayer is only not to cause any harassment, as such the prayer is allowed and respondents No.3 and 4 are directed not to cause any threat or harassment to the petitioner at the instance of respondent No.2 during the pendency of the trial.
Given above, the present petition is disposed of in the abovesaid terms.
