(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 26 dated 10.2.2019, registered under Sections 452, 324, 323, 427, 148, 149 IPC, Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda. Vide order dated 18.12.2019, the petitioners were granted interim bail and were directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 18.12.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Nirmal Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated GURPREET SINGH 2020.03.12 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh 18.12.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject
