***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of allegations, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Nuh (Mewat) to ensure that the investigation pertaining to FIR No.0447 dated 28.8.2019 registered at Police Tauru, District Nuh (Mewat) under Sections 316, 323, 498-A and 506 of Indian Penal Code is conducted expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report is filed thereupon at the earliest.
