Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'the BNSS') for directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to give at least two weeks' prior notice in case petitioner is required at the behest of respondent Nos.5 to 8, on the complaint No.455127 PGD dated 22.10.2024. 2.
Status report filed by way of affidavit dated 12.01.2025 of Mr. Amritpal Singh Bhaati, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana. Copy thereof supplied to the other side.
Registry to do the needful.

Learned State counsel, after getting instructions from the quarter concerned, as apprised the Court that as of now, there is no proposal to initiate any criminal proceedings against the petitioner, on the basis of aforesaid complaint.
