Petitioners have approached this Court impugning the order, dated 22.08.2024, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur, whereby charges have been framed against the petitioners under Sections 326-A, 324, 341, 506 and 148 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this petition at this stage and the same may be dismissed as such.
