 The grievance of the petitioner, who happens to be the mother of one Swaran Singh @ Jiwan Fauji who is accused in multiple FIRs registered at different police stations, is that the petitioner is apprehensive of her life, liberty and dignity since police officials are harassing her. 2.

The petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur and Batala, which if made within a period of 15 days, the same shall be considered by the said two authorities and appropriate action be taken either providing security to the petitioner or if the authorities are of the view that security is not required, then a speaking order be passed and communicated to the petitioner. 3.

With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
