(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the respondents No.1 to 3 are not taking any steps against respondent No.4-Vinod Kumar @ Kalu, who is doing illegal business of making utensils and idols in the open residential area, due to which smoke is spreading and polluting the air, because of which the local people are facing the health issues. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in support of his contentions, annexed the photographs as Annexure P-1 and submits that a detailed representation dated 30.10.2023 (Annexure P-2) has been given to the Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana. Notice of motion.
