The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.165 dated 11.09.2024 under Sections 420/466/467/468/471 of IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station City, District Sri Muktsar Sahib (Annexure P-1).
