BHARDWAJ , J (ORAL) By way of filing instant petition, petitioner prays for quashing of order dated 21.01.2023 passed by CJM, Mohali, whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person in FIR No.115 dated 13.07.2016 registered under Sections 406,420,120-B IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act at P.S Phase-1, District SAS Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action as certain material facts have not been incorporated in the pleadings.
