The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 28.05.2025 passed in CWP-136942025, whereby, direction was issued to the respondents to dispose of the petition under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, pending before the respondents.

Learned counsel for respondent-State contends that in compliance of order dated 28.05.2025, order dated 12.01.2026 has been passed by Land Acquisition Collector, Urban Estate, Haryana, Rohtak, whereby petition under Section 28-A of Land Acquisition Act, 1894, has been decided. Copy of the same has been supplied to the petitioner and is also taken on the record.

COCP-4883-2025 -- 3.

A perusal of order dated 12.01.2026 shows that order dated 28.05.2025 passed in CWP-13694-2025 has been complied with. 4.

In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.
