Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that matter has already been compromised with the complainant and a petition for quashing of FIR has already been instituted in which the parties have been directed to get the statements recorded before the Trial Magistrate and this fact has been admitted by learned counsel for the complainant who has filed Power of Attorney. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner is ready to join the investigation and to abide by the conditions that may be imposed by the Court and benefit of anticipatory bail be extended in his favour.
