Present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 05.12.2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani whereby interim maintenance has been granted in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the judgment dated 24.01.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in FAO-5930-2023 titled 'Rajni vs. Mohit', the impugned order is amenable to appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal before the Division Bench. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
