SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner seeks quashing of impugned complaint No.COMA/62626/2014 now being tried as COMA 341-2014 dated 10.09.2014 filed under Section 29/31 read with Section 32 of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 against Lakhwinder Singh-father of the petitioner, who had expired on 24.09.2015; with a further prayer to quash impugned order dated 14.06.2016 (Annexure P-7) vide which the petitioner has been impleaded as an accused at the place of his father without obtaining sanction from the Government under Section 34 of the Industrial Disputes Act. At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of order dated 03.11.2023 passed by JMIC, Gurugram whereby the complaint has been withdrawn.

In the wake of aforesaid development, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition any further. Dismissed as not pressed.
