(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to show-cause as to why the petitioner has not been allocated with the URS wheat of Crop Year 2023-24 under Open Market Sale Scheme (Domestic) even when the petitioner was selected as the H-1 bidder for the E-Tender dated 27.10.2023 (Annexure P-3).
