After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition and with a request that all the arguments raised in the present petition be kept open to enable him to file an appropriate application/revision before the Sessions Court in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

In case, the petitioners file any revision against the impugned order dated 19.05.2023, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and the revision as well as delay shall also be considered in accordance with law as the petitioners have approached this Court. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the liberty granted, if any, is only on the request of the counsel for the petitioners and is not a direction.
