In the present petition, petitioner seeks to have apportionment in the amount of compensation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars including a challenge to the sanction order dated 05.04.2019 as well as the scheme under which compensation was awarded.
