This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 10.07.2025 passed in CWP-11974-2025. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Mr. Harjeet Singh Sandhu, PCS, Joint Secretary, Punjab on behalf of respondent No.1 has been filed in the Registry, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that costs have also been deposited as imposed vide order dated 13.11.2025. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the needful has since been done, hence, he does not wish to press the present contempt petition.
