This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 16.07.2024 passed in CWP-29065-2022. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Ms. Meenakshi Dahiya, Additional Director (Admin), O/o Director, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, Haryana has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the compliance report, order dated 10.11.2025 (Annexure R/10) deciding the representation of the petitioner, has also been appended.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 10.11.2025 in accordance with law. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Rule stands discharged.
