The substantive prayer made in the petition reads thus: 'It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the petition may kindly be allowed and the petitioner may kindly be released on interim regular bail for a period of two weeks i.e. from the date of his release, in case FIR no. 357 dated 06.09.2024 (ΑΝΝEXURE P-1) under sections 109(1), 351(2), 308(4), 308(5), 111(2) (II), 111(3), 114(4), 116(6), 317(2), 347(1), 61(2) of the BNS, 2023 and section 25(1)(a), 25(6), 25(1B)(c), 27(2) of the Arms Act, 1959 (sections 109(1), 351(2), 308(4), 308(5), 111(2)(II), 111(3), 114(4), 116(6), 317(2), 347(1), 61(2) of the BNS, 2023 and section 25(1)(a), 25(6), 25(1B)(c), 27(2) of the Arms Act, 1959 added lateron), registered at PS City Pundri, District Kaithal, Haryana, on account of extremely ill health of the father of the petitioner namely Nijamuddin Qureshi, in the interest of justice.'
