(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of appropriate directions/order to official respondent to submit the status report with regard to FIR No.0104 dated 28.7.2019, under Sections 406 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Urban Estate, District Patiala.

Learned State counsel has submitted that in the present case the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has already been submitted, the charges have been framed against respondent No.5 and the trial is pending and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
