SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.78 dated 22.08.2014, under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25, 27, 54 and 59 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Tarsika, District Amritsar Rural. It has been submitted that in pursuance to the order dated 20.12.2019, petitioners No.2 and 3 had surrendered before the trial Court on 03.01.2020. Copy of the aforesaid order has been placed on record by the counsel for the petitioners.

In so far as petitioner No.1 is concerned, he did not surrender before the trial Court in compliance of the order dated 20.12.2019. Counsel for the State upon instructions from ASI Jarnail Singh submits that petitioner No.1 was declared as a Proclaimed Offender, vide SAVITA KADIAN 2020.03.13 09:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh

CRM-M-54785 of 2019 {2} order dated 29.02.2020. Copy of the said order has been placed on record. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed qua petitioner No.1.

In so far as, petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are concerned, the order dated 20.12.2019 granting interim bail to them is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
