RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to consider and promote him to the post of TGT English with all consequential benefits. In this regard, petitioner has given legal notice dated 22.10.2019 (P-8) wherein it has been stated that the same grievance has been redressed by this Court vide CWP No. 12143-2016, decided on 12.09.2018 (P-6).

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to respondents to decide the legal notice dated 22.10.2019 (P-8), within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
