(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of FIR No.22 dated 30.07.2022 under Sections 306, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Narot Jaimal Singh, District Pathankot, Punjab (Annexure P-1) and all other subsequent proceedings arising there from including final report dated 21.08.2024 (Annexure P-4) filed by the prosecution agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
