(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to mark the investigation of case FIR No.220 dated 02.11.2023 registered under Sections 324, 452 and 34 IPC at P.S. Civil Lines, Amritsar to some senior Police Officer so as to inquire about the role of respondents No.4 and 5 and their other companions allegedly having forged and fabricated injuries.

The FIR in question being recorded in the recent past i.e. on 02.11.2023, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition with liberty to approach this Court again, in case any cause survives at any subsequent stage, upon conclusion of investigation.
