This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.334 dated 19.10.2019 under Sections 304-B, 498-A and 34 IPC registered at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from SI Jagir Singh stated that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner Malkeet Kaur stands arrested as on 27.12.2019.
