(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for seeking transfer of investigation of case in FIR No.143 dated 02.08.2019, under Sections 18, 21/29, 32 NDPS Act, Section 25 Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station B Division, Amritsar City to an independent agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas available to the petitioner before the trial court.

Allowed as prayed for.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
