Seeking quashing of impugned order dated 18.05.2012 passed by the SDJM, Safidon, District Jind (Haryana), vide which the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

State has filed reply in the Court today and the same is taken on record. Counsel for the State makes reference to para 11 of the reply, which reads as under:- "That Petitioner/accused Charanjeet @ Channa filed the instant petition before this Hon'ble Court and in compliance with order dated 04.12.2023 of this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner surrendered before the Ld. Trial Court on 06.12.2023, whereby the Ld. Trial Court sent the petitioner under judicial custody and vide order dated 07.12.2023 granted the concession of bail to the petitioner. The Ld. Trial Court, vide order dated 11.03.2024, acquitted the petitioner from all the charges framed against him in FIR No.237 dated 23..07.2010 registered under section 148, 149, 452, 323, 325, & 506 of the Indian Penal code, registered at Police Station Safidon Distt. Jind"
