Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 18.04.2018, Annexure P-3 whereby Arbitrator was appointed by respondent no. 1, his basic grouse being that said Arbitrator was already saddled with 30/40 arbitration cases. As this court did not wish to express any opinion on merits, during the course of hearing, it was proposed that another Arbitrator may be appointed to resolve the dispute.
Today, learned counsel appearing for the MARKFED has suggested certain names by way of panel. The retired District and Sessions Judge namely R.N. Singhal is acceptable to both the parties. In view of above, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary.
