At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are chances of settlement and therefore the matter may be sent to the Mediation Centre.

However, after arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions before the Family Court during the main petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 5.
