(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.14 dated 10.01.2025 registered under Sections 21, 27, 27-A & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Section 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 52-A of the Prisons Act, 2011 at Police Station STF, District STF Wing, Punjab.

Mr. Akashdeep Singh, Advocate enters appearance on behalf of the petitioner and files his Power of Attorney. The same is taken on record. 3.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
