***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

However, he makes prayer that a time-bound direction be given to the Court concerned to dispose of the divorce petition, pending before the same. However, without knowing about the factual position, with regard to the pendency or the nature of other old cases and the cases in 'Action Plan', no such time-bound direction can be given.

Also, counsel for the applicant has also brought to the notice of the Court about the order, passed by the Coordinate Bench in TA-27-2022, decided on 20.12.2022, wherein, in paragraph No.9, the Court had observed as herein-given :- SONU 2026.02.10 18:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

- TA-1246-2025 - "The Court concerned, where the litigation pending between the parties, will accommodate them with one date in one calender month." Counsel submits that the trial Court is not adhering to the direction, as such, given by the Coordinate Bench. Now, if the applicant has a grievance, he can always file an application before the Court concerned, thereby making a prayer for early disposal of the case pending and also with regard to the compliance of the direction given by the Coordinate Bench, as observed aforesaid.
