MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Case has been called twice, however, even on second call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

The instant petition was filed five years back on 16.12.2019 seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise. 3.

Vide order dated 19.12.2019, the parties had been directed to appear before the trial Court for recording their statements qua the compromise so affected. However, thereafter, repeated adjournments were sought by the parties for getting their statements recorded. 4.

A report was received from the trial Court concerned, wherein it stands revealed that the petitioners are involved in multiple criminal cases.

Be that as it may, in view of the repeated non-appearances of the learned counsel for the parties, this Court does not deem it fit to adjourn the case any longer.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
