Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.132 dated 19.10.2024 under Sections 333, 115(2), 191(2), 190, 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Sri Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar. 2.
On the last date of hearing i.e. 11.11.2024, while noticing the following submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, a Coordinate Bench of this Court had granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners and asked them to join investigation:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the offences are bailable except Section 333 BNS. He further submits that the petitioners are ready to join investigation." 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of order dated 11.11.2024, the petitioners have joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rakesh Kumar, does not dispute the factum of the petitioners having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. He, on further instructions, submits that it is a case of no injury and has not disputed the submissions made by the counsel opposite that no specific injury has been attributed to the petitioners and they are not required for further investigation much less for their custodial interrogation. 5.
In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 11.11.2024, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
