Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.73 dated 25.07.2019 registered under Sections 408, 420, 465, 467, 468, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 467 and 471 of IPC were added later on), at Police Station Ajitwal, District Moga. Vide order dated 20.12.2019, the petitioner was granted the concession of interim bail in terms of order dated 28.08.2019 passed in CRM-M-35188 of 2019, which has been made absolute. In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 20.12.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
