At the outset, counsel for the petitioner - Management submits that the dispute between the petitioner - Management and the contesting respondents i.e. respondents No.5 & 6 (workmen), has been amicably resolved before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. 2.

In support of his contention, counsel for the petitioner - Management refers to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre report dated 28.10.2021, and the settlement agreement dated 28.10.2021, appended with it, and submits that the amount paid to respondents No.5 & 6, is reflected in the order dated 09.11.2021 also, which says as under:- "

CWP-12508-2018 (O&M) - 2 - Learned counsel for the parties jointly state that a settlement has been arrived between the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 & 6, in terms of which, respondent Nos.5 & 6 have resigned. It is stated that two drafts i.e one of Rs.3,35,459/- in respect of respondent No.5 while another draft of Rs.3,39,470/- in respect of respondent No.6 have been handed over to Sh. M.S. Longia, learned counsel representing respondent Nos.5 & 6 in court today. Photo copies of the same have been placed on record. Learned counsel for the parties pray for some time stating that the remaining formalities in terms of the settlement would be completed shortly.

Counsel for the petitioner - Management submits that the issue has already been resolved and petitioner - Management has nothing to contest by way of present writ petition. Thus, he seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition.
