This is a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the order dated 23.02.2016 (Annexure P-2) passed by JMIC, Jalandhar in complaint case bearing No. 371/2015 dated 09.02.2015 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Since the connected petition bearing No. CRM-M-55074-2018, titled Vijay Kumar and another vs. State of Punjab and another, has been decided, separately today i.e. 25.04.2024, vide which FIR alongwith consequential proceedings arising therefrom has been quashed, the present petition is hereby disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
