This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with under Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of order dated 01.04.2025 passed in CWP-9216-2025.

A short reply by way of an affidavit of respondent No.2 has been filed by learned counsel for respondent No.2, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. As per the reply, the order dated 01.04.2025 passed in CWP-9216-2025 has since been complied with and letter dated 18.06.2025 (Annexure P-7) has been issued to the District Treasury Officer, Sangrur for revising the family pension of the petitioner as per 5th and 6th Punjab Pay Commission.
