RAJIV SHARMA,J A writ of Mandamus is sought directing respondent No.1 to decide application (P.5) preferred by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitilization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for brevity "the Act") for taking physical possession of the secured assets/mortgaged property as detailed in the present petition.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the grounds raised, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the application (P.5) within a period of three weeks from today and render the necessary assistance to the petitioner to enable it to take over the possession.
