ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) Concededly, this is the third petition that has been filed by the petitioners, centered on the same cause of action, and the earlier two were withdrawn, for they suffered from certain incurable defects, with liberty to file afresh. But, unfortunately, the position is not any different even today as learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh, for certain documents, that are germane to the matter in issue, are still not appended with the petition.
