PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Petitioner namely Ameerjan B is present in person and has been identified by his counsel. He submits that during the pendency of the present petition he has met the alleged detenue i.e. his brother namely Faiyaz Jan and the petitioner is aware of his whereabouts now. However, the petitioner reserves his right to take remedies qua the incident in accordance with law.
