The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 29.05.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-16474-2025, whereby direction was issued to the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioners. 2.

In compliance of order dated 29.05.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-16474-2025, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 27.02.2026 of Jitender Kumar, Director General Elementary Education, Haryana, along with speaking order dated 02.01.2026 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of the respondents before the Registry. The same is taken on record.

In view of the above, since order dated 29.05.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-16474-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to avail remedy as is available to them in accordance with law to challenge the aforesaid speaking order dated 02.01.2026.
