Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that statements of peƟƟoner and respondent No.2 has been recorded, however statement of respondent No.3 could not be recorded as he is in Armed Forces.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is disposed of with liberty to file fresh as and when respondent No.3 is available to make statement and there is no need to record the statements of the peƟƟoner and respondent No.2 again and their statements already recorded shall suffice.
