(Oral) Learned State counsel has informed that all the PWs already stand examined and the case is now fixed for 19.1.2024 for recording statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. In view of the aforestated position wherein this Court finds that the trial is virtually at its fag end, it is not deemed appropriate that the petitioner be released on bail at this stage. The petition, as such is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps for conclusion of trial at the earliest.
