DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) By way of this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.227 dated 07.08.2023, under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station City Kharar, District S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali). Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Copy of the compromise deed is Annexure P-5.

Mr. Parneet Singh Pandher, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Mr. Rahul Rampal, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.2-complainant-Gurmukh Singh and admitted the factum of compromise.

In view of the aforesaid factual position, but without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail. She is ordered to be released on bail on her furnishing requisite bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
