JASGURPREET SINGH PURI , J. (ORAL ) Petitioners claim that they have attained majority and married against the wishes of their family members. Apprehending threat to their life and liberty, they have filed the present petition for protection. Petitioners claim to have submitted a representation (Annexure P-5) dated 16.12.2019, in this regard to the Superintendent of Police, Hisar.

Heard. Record perused.

The petitioners have placed on record only the copies of Aadhar Cards (Annexures P-1 and P-2) as proof of their age. During the course of hearing, self attested copy of Matriculation certificates of petitioner No.1 has also been placed on record. Registry is directed to place the same at appropriate place. Copy of certificate as Annexure P3 and photographs as Annexure P-4, regarding performance of marriage, have also been placed on record This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Hisar, to look into the representation Annexure P5 dated 16.12.2019, and ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioners. However, it is made clear that this order shall not be treated as stamp of the Court about the marriage of the parties and no opinion regarding the validity of the marriage has been expressed.
