RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (Oral) 1.

Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.0087 dated 30.10.2024, registered under Sections 408 IPC, at Police Station Jodhan, District Ludhiana. 2.

By virtue of order dated 20.12.2024, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurdeep Singh, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 20.12.2024 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
