This Court, vide order dated 26.08.2025, had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on ad-interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.) 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 26.08.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined and cooperated with the investigation.
