***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.177 dated 21.09.2019, registered under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'NDPS Act') (Section 29 of NDPS Act and Section 411 of Indian Penal Code added later on) at Police Station Sadar Nabha, District Patiala.

Vide order dated 19.12.2019, petitioner was granted GEETA RANI 2020.01.17 18:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-54260-2019 -2interim bail subject to satisfaction of the Investigating/Arresting Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and undertakes to join further investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagtar Singh admits the same and states that he is no more required for any further investigation of the case.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, order dated 19.12.2019 passed by the Coordinate Bench is made absolute, however petitioner shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P. Petition stands disposed of.
