DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that right now petitioner is not in a position to pay 20% of the compensation amount as ordered by Appellate Court, vide order dated 11.08.2023 (Annexure P-2). Therefore, request is made that some time may be given to the petitioner to pay the said amount.

This petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make compliance of the order dated 11.08.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Appellate Court on or before 31.01.2024 positively, failing which this petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed with no further direction.
