 This appeal has been filed by the appellant against the impugned order dated 20.11.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby the prayer made by the appellant for grant of interim stay has been declined.

On a specific query with regard to the pendency of Vector Borne diseases cases in Palwal and Hisar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State of Haryana informs that there were eight cases of vector borne diseases in Hisar and four cases in Palwal at the time when the appellant was transferred. It is informed that the appellant has already joined his services at Palwal.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it is observed that since the appellant is going to retire in March-2024 and the writ petition is pending before the learned single Judge for 14.12.2023, no orders are required to be passed in this appeal and the appellant is at liberty to raise all the pleas before the learned single Judge on the date fixed.
